Hello Weekend

The weekend is here.... which means many hours of non stop working is ahead of me the next two days. Bring it on! This week has royally sucked, so it must be uphill from here! Or shall I say, I will make it uphill from here with a positive attitude and a smile on my face.

To get deep for a second....
Man oh man, I have an intuition that there is a lot in store for me for the next six months to a year.... I feel as though things will take their course and a lot of changes (for the better) will hopefully be developing in my life. I have been single for about six months now, and it has been truly some of the happiest times of my life. I have done some soul searching and decided the kind of person I want to ultimately be, where I want my life to be headed, what truly makes me happy as an independent woman, etc. I am excited for what the future holds for me. But for once in my life, I am happier than ever.... ready for whatever comes my way. If I am happy now, and I haven't even accomplished all of the many goals and aspirations I have for myself, I can't imagine how much happiness is ahead of me, and I cannot wait to find out and experience it! Time for less TALKING about what I want to do, and more ACTION!!!!! Embrace life. Instead of just living through it.

On a complelely different note,
My family is experiencing so many challenges right now, both as individuals, and as a family as a whole, and has been for a few years now... some circumstances that I don't even share with people, that I prefer to keep in my family, and I just have to say that I am so grateful for all of the wonderful friends and influences that I have in my life, helping me along the way. It's great to have your blood family, but it's even more amazing when you can find people in your life who fill the shoes of your family when you need them to, just because they care, no questions asked. Those are the kind of people that you don't find everyday. For those people in my life who ask me how my day is going, and truly care about my response, thank you.
